Aqua Rite Salt System:

The System
Aqua Rite’s Salt System can be installed in any existing pool with a vinyl, plaster, fiberglass, or pebble finish, and it introduces mild salt into the pool, adding a small amount of chlorine into the pool.  When chlorine is added it turns the dissolved salt back and it is ready to use again.  Information about the operation of the unit is displayed in the control panel and allows the homeowner to know exactly what is happening with the system

The control panel displays:

  • Digital Salt Readout
  • High or Low Salt Warning
  • Chlorine Boost Feature
  • Diagnostic Information
  • Scalable Production Setting

How it works
The AquaRite system ads approximately 3200 ppm of salt, which is roughly equivalent to a teaspoon of salt per gallon of water, but don’t worry most people will not be able to taste the salt, unless you have a sensitive palate. The salt used can be found at home improvement centers nationwide along with the salt for home water conditioners.

Why choose an AquaRite system:
There are numerous advantages to the an AquaRite System over traditional chlorine. The most important is that you will no longer have to buy, mix, or store chlorine which not only will save you time and money but prevents you from having to deal with a potentially harmful chemical. Traditional chlorine can also cause eye and skin irritation, bleaching of clothes, and the dreaded chlorine smell. Additionally the system requires very little maintenance and the turbo cell should be cleaned if necessary every three months or when starting up the system.
