Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenance, established in 2004, is a local company founded by folks from the Flower Mound area. Since then, the company has grown from the proverbial “one guy with a truck and pole”, and into a professional, award winning pool service company. The growth of our company has been directly correlated to our staff’s technical expertise and customer service. We understand the challenges pool ownership presents, and take pride in partnering with members of the local community in managing their pool care needs.

We proudly service Argyle, Carrollton, Coppell, Corinth, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lake Dallas, Lantana, Lewisville, Plano, McKinney and Frisco.

When we say “Your Pool, Our Reputation” we mean it. Our reputation as a trustworthy, reliable, and honest company is of utmost importance to us. We run frequent background checks and make sure pay is not commissioned based to make sure we have the most trustworthy team possible.

We are extremely proud of the team we have at Flower Mound Pool Care & Maintenance and would never have anyone enter our customer’s back yards unless we would feel comfortable inviting them into our own.

Brad Williams

Brad’s primary responsibility is to manage the development of the business. He has been involved with the pool industry since he was a kid. Brad took a break from the pool industry to attend the University of North Texas, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in international relations. Upon graduating he left for a 3-year stint with the Peace Corps teaching high school English in the Philippines. After returning from living abroad, he decided to return to the pool industry to explore the world of entrepreneurship. Brad is married, enjoys international travel and experiencing other cultures.

Bryan Wood

Certifications: Certified Pool Operator, Certified Pool Inspector, Texas Residential Appliance Installer Bryan’s responsible for the management of equipment repairs and upgrades. He has been associated with the pool industry for roughly 10 years. Before joining Flower Mound Pool Care full time, he was an EMT. Bryan is naturally gifted when it comes to repairing anything and thoroughly enjoys helping pool owners during times of need. When he isn’t thinking about pools, you can find him outdoors cruising Lake Lewisville, with his dog Roxy, or spending time with his friends, wife, and family.

Al Mangin

Certifications: Certified Pool Operator, Texas Residential Appliance Installer Al is responsible for managing the remodel and renovation wing of the business. He has over 15 years industry experience. He has extensive experience in the realms of service, repair and renovations. He takes pride in going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Before relocating to Texas 5 years ago, he owned his own pool service company in California for 10 years. Al is a family man and is happily married with 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Al is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing, running and bowling.

Jakson Hope

Certifications: Certified Pool Operator, Texas Residential Appliance Installer Jakson is responsible for taking care of our weekly service customers and performing equipment repairs. Jakson has grown with our company through to his excellent service, attitude and dedication. He has been involved in the pool industry for 6 years. He originally hails from Dallas, Texas and enjoys spending his time with his wife and being a dad to his new baby girl. He is also an outdoors man and enjoys hunting with his brother Justiss.

Justiss Hope

Certifications: Certified Pool Operator Justiss is responsible for taking care of our weekly service customers. Justiss’ attention to details and friendly demeanor has won him many friends within our customer base. Justiss has been in the pool industry for 6 years. He is originally from Dallas, Texas and always spends his free time with friends, co-workers and his rather large family.

Rodney Jackson

Certifications: Certified Pool Operator Rodney is responsible for taking care of our weekly service customers. Rodney has been with us for almost a year and has caught on quickly due to his “can do” positive attitude. Rodney’s favorite sport is baseball and he spends much of his free time with his close knit family.
